Paper, in my words

The Fennas word for paper is papeor. Papeor can be a misspelling of paper.

The Welsh word for paper is papur, the Irish word for paper is páipéar, and the Breton word for paper seems to be paper.

Admittedly my word doesn't look that foreign, but neither do the Welsh, Irish and Breton words. All the words for paper are nearly paper.

How did I come up with this word? The Welsh words for forest are coedwig and fforest, the Irish words for forest are coill and foraois, the Breton word for forest is koad. I think that I can assume that the words fforest and foraois are not Celtic.

The word for water is duir. Duir is an unusual last name. Duir is a rare first name. In Ogham, an early Irish alphabet, the symbol for D is called duir (or dair), and dair means oak in Irish. In Sindarin duir means dark (plural adjective).

How did I come up with this word? The Welsh word for water is dwr (here w is a vowel), the Irish word for water is uisce, the Breton word for water is dour, and the Cornish word for water is dowr. In addition the Manx word for water is ushtey.

I've modified this word. My previous Fennas word for water was wuir.
